To ensure a smooth ordering process, please note that a minimum order quantity of 12 is required for each flavor. This policy helps us maintain quality and consistency in our offerings. Additionally, we kindly ask that all orders be placed at least 72 hours in advance. For large orders, please provide 1 - 2 weeks' notice to ensure product availability. This lead time allows the necessary time for preparation and packaging, ensuring that your order is ready for delivery or pickup as scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you with our delicious flavors.
Friday is our designated pickup day, with available hours between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM with an unavailable time block of 8:00 AM - 10:59 AM. I've also added Monday 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM.
We are happy to accommodate pickups on other days when needed, such as for holidays or weddings—just let us know in advance.
Delivery Fees and Payment Policy
Public pickup in Cape Coral is free. Delivery fees in Cape Coral and surrounding areas are calculated at $1.50 per mile.
All order fees and delivery fees are to be paid in full upfront before we begin preparing your order.
We accept cash payments for customers who prefer to not pay online, but cash must also be paid in advance.
Refund Policy
Once an order has been picked up by you or a designated party it is considered "Accepted". All products are the responsibility of the customer once accepted by the customer or designated party. In the event of any dispute regarding an order, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. We will not negotiate a partial refund if you keep the desserts. We are not responsible for any expense you may incur for replacing our desserts. Any refund will be in the form of PayPal. No cash refunds will be given.
Order Cancellation Policy:
If an order is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery, only a 50% refund will be issued to cover the cost of ingredients and supplies used.
Products not picked up on the scheduled day and time selected by the customer will not be refunded or credited to in-store credit accounts. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Failure to pick up your order at the specified time will result in a $25 inconvenience fee, unless you communicate any issues at least one hour prior. This fee must be paid at the time of pick up.
